Our client, one of the largest NHS Trust’s in London is currently looking for an Interim HR Manager to join their team for 3 ½ months. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of top HR Professionals. You will be supporting the Assistant Director of Workforce in delivering a value for money HR Service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ HRM experience and will have a good grounding of experience in Employee Relations, Change Management, IWL and preferably Agenda for Change. As this is an interim role so the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the NHS and it’s current initiatives as they will need to hit the ground running.
